Khalil Osiris

Khalil’s journey began amidst the turbulent era of America’s civil rights movement, where, as a teenager, he became a member of the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense

His life took a challenging turn when he served 20 years in prison, but instead of succumbing to despair, Khalil turned his sentence into a powerful story of resilience and transformation. During his incarceration, he defied the odds by earning both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, proving that true potential can thrive even in the harshest circumstances. Today, Khalil is a leading authority on re-entry success, second-chance hiring, and workforce development for justice-impacted individuals, inspiring countless others with his message of hope and possibility.
